Despite the shorter timeline, the program still provides a comprehensive education in business strategy, management, leadership and more, with a rigorous curriculum taught by experienced faculty and industry experts. Our 30 credit hour** program can be completed in only one year.
Some of the courses you may take are:
Inspired Business Forum
This forum explores the notion of inspired business, the triple bottom line, and the four mindsets of inspired leaders. It also serves as an opportunity to orient new students and build relationships at all levels.
Leadership Lab
This lab provides a wide variety of skills necessary for success through experiential skill building activities, assessment and coaching.
Analytics Driven Business Insights
This course uses qualitative analytical techniques, quantitative descriptive and inferential analytical techniques to provide insights for business decision making.
**If a student doesn't have prior undergraduate work or experience in certain areas (Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Corporate Finance) it could add up to 12 credit hours to the degree.

Academic Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Full-time professional work experience is not required; may have up to five years of full-time work experience.

Application Deadlines
A completed application package must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants are admitted on a rolling basis, however, the following dates are recommended as program admission decisions are made on a competitive basis:
- Fall: August 1
- Spring: December 1
- Graduate Assistantship Consideration: February 15
- Summer: April 1

The following documents are required to complete your application for review:
- Application – APPLY TODAY
- Official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended.
- Statement of Purpose – an essay titled, “Graduate business education: Enabling me to achieve my personal goals and become a leader.”
- Current resume.
- Letter(s) of Recommendation – letter(s) should comment on your academic achievements, managerial capabilities, and potential to flourish in a graduate business program. One Letter of Recommendation is required however you may may submit up to three.
- Additional requirements for international students may be found here. The Online MBA is not available outside of the United States.
